With over a decade of dedicated experience, our journey in hospice care reflects a deep commitment to supporting patients and families during life’s most challenging moments. Since becoming a Registered Nurse in 2009, our founder has progressed from a case manager actively participating in on-call rotations to an Executive Director overseeing multiple branches. Along the way, travel contracts have provided invaluable insights into hospice care across diverse regions.  

 

In 2023, we took a pivotal step forward, transitioning into the role of Director of Quality Assurance. This role allowed us to help an organization achieve accreditation, earning six L-Tags while implementing a comprehensive Emergency Preparedness Plan. Additionally, we revitalized the Quality Assurance Performance Improvement (QAPI) program, which surveyors praised as a “robust” and effective initiative.  

 

For us, hospice care is not just a profession—it’s a calling. Inspired by personal experiences of loss, we understand the importance of providing families with the opportunity to say goodbye and cherish their final moments together. Our mission is to empower hospice organizations with the tools, knowledge, and support they need to deliver compassionate, high-quality care.
